Zoom Meeting May 7

I am so excited to have our third Zoom Circle Meeting Thursday May 7.
Morning at 9:00
Afternoon at 9:30

We will be talking about Caterpillar and Butterflies

I am going to try something new -  I will read a book using Epic and do a screen share.  Hopefully the children can see the pictures in the book better.  This will be the format that I will use for the rest of this year.  I think the children will enjoy it.  Let me know what you think - this is new to me...I am open to feedback!

Remember to remind your child about Listening Larry and we will go over it at circle too!

Our eyes are looking at the speaker - I know this is hard looking at a computer screen
Out ears are listening to the person talking
Our voices are off - unless the teacher asks a question
Out hands are in our lap
Our body and feet are still - unless the teacher has us moving, singing or dancing
Our brain and heart are thinking and caring about what is being said.

You can also use the MUTE button on the zoom screen - to help block out the background noise.

I am going to try really hard to keep circle to 20 minutes -
Our schedule is as follows:
Go over Listening Larry poster
Greeting song
Read a book
Sing a song or movement activity
Sing good-bye

See you then!!
