Good Morning

I hope everyone is having a lovely day.  The sun is shining and its almost 40 outside so I hope you get to go outside and enjoy this beautiful day.  When I went out a few minutes ago it was nice to feel the sun on my face.

Just a reminder that there is no school next week, which means I will not be sending out any activity emails.  Please enjoy your time with your family.  Hopefully the weather is nice and you get to spend some time outside together.

I will be checking my email periodically over break if you need anything feel free to reach out.

When we come back from break we will be learning about bugs.  A few of the activities will require some recycled materials so please save some.

Circle Expectations...

Starting the week of April 13th, we will be holding a weekly class meeting.
Meeting will be through invite only and permission to attend needs to be given
to the classroom teacher each week. You will get an email asking for permission
for your child to attend and a follow-up email email with the invitation attached.
Initially, we will do a greeting and read a book. Additional activities will be added
as we go along. Please have your child prepared to participate by doing the following:

Come with empty hands unless asked to bring something by the teacher
Be in a well lit, quiet location
Get ready to look at and listen to who is talking

Participate in greetings and songs

April 6

Good Morning Preschool Families'

I hope you all had a nice weekend.  The weather so far today looks very promising and I hope you all get a chance to enjoy it.

There are lots of fun activities we have planned for you to do with your preschool during their at home learning experience.

Goldilocks and The Three Bears will be our last fairy tale we will talk about this week.  I will email several different variations of this story.  Have your child retell the story to you, react it with different props from home, or even go on a walk "bear hunt" this week.

As always practice those independent skills as well like getting dresses, eating meals, washing hands, and uses the bathroom with little assistance.  Skills like buttoning, zipping, putting on shoes, using silverware, and the sequence of washing hands and using the bathroom are very helpful and important skills for preschoolers to learn.

If you have any questions or concerns please let me know

STAY IN TOUCH!!!
